Pat has 30+ years of senior level industry experience. Prior to founding Clear Water, he was vice president of U.S. Pipe, and before that president of Fast Fabricators.

Ken was previously Vice President of Sales at Fast Fabricators and later served as its President before joining Clear Water in 2012.

Kelly serves as Clear Water’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she was Controller at Fast Fabricators, where she directed functions that included costaccounting, tax, inventory management,and financial reporting. Prior to that, Kelly worked at Power Systems and ABB Power Distribution.

Mike started his career as an inside sales representative for a water works distributor and later at Fast Fabricators for 12 years. At the latter, he managed its Louisville, KY branch for four years. He joined Clear Water when the company opened its Kentucky facility in 2013.

Chick leads the overall operation of Clear Water’s Connecticut facility.

Terry Delacerda has been in the water and sewer business for forty-eight years, the last thirty of which have been as a partner in The Metro-Tex Company with Steve Lowe. He is an expert in all phases of both fabrication and distribution.

As VP and Acting General Manager of Clear Water’s Virginia facility, Mike is responsible for production management, purchasing and planning for all of our four locations. Prior to joining Clear Water he worked at Universal Pipe, A&P Water and Sewer, Fast Fabricators, and L.B. Water. To date, his career has accumulated an impressive 30 years.
